This was 0ur second annual street ride. I rode Scott's Honda 750 as the V-Max had blown out its carbs. I had Scott's bike in L.A. to get it running for him. Well it ran great on that trip but for some reason I think his Honda will need another going through. I don't think it has run once since. Eh Scott? I was and still am thankful that he let me ride it. I rode it up from L.A. to Hurricane, UT. where I met the other three and we rode through Zions park (awesome) and on to the Grand Canyon. It was great seeing the Eliminator out on the road. Ryan rode his Harley Dyna Glide that was once his father in law's. Of course Aaron is on old faithful, 1998 Honda Shadow 750. I felt a bit out of place that year not riding a black bike. It was a great trip.

Is that Jesus?
Today Christi and I spoke in sacrament meeting. Needless to say it was truly a work out keeping the kids in check. Christi spoke first. As she went up to speak, the bishop was addressing the congregation. Calvin asked me in not so quiet a voice, "Is that Jesus?" I responded "No" He proceeded to ask me "Where is Jesus?" I told him that he was in heaven waiting to be with us again. Calvin said he wanted to see him now. He said he wanted to see a picture of him now. I told him that I would show him a picture after the meeting. He didn't wait, he looked around and found a picture in the bulletin. It was a picture of Christ sitting with children on his lap and surrounding him.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BURNT
We will miss you.

"My Puter"
We've done it... We have managed to stuff one more thing into this shoe box house of ours. The boys were lucky enough to receive this computer from our good friends Gary and Claire a few months back. To keep them from destroying our computer we had to find a way to set it up in there room. They love it. Calvin is actually pretty good with the mouse and can pick and play a couple of games.
The boys were doing some painting with water colors. This is a picture of Olivers first ever water color. He did it all by himself. We were impressed.

The Quintessential 80's Man
Shades right out of Cocktail, pleated shorts, no not a mullet but an overgrown curly rat tail, and of course the body my poor wife has never known. All on roller skates painted silver.
