Vonn's 56 chevy that J-P crushes on.

Athlyn visiting when Cosette was born. So fun to have her here!
She utterly spoiled me!
 Love my sisters!
Bath Baby!

One day we had a peacock on our shed. It stayed for about a day, then it left. I don't think it liked Ammon.

Christmas Day!

Do we look tired or what?

The boys got lever-action rifles from Santa (the best things ever, in their opinion)
no they are not real. Not going there, yet.
We had a happy Christmas! Ilene and Morgan came over, we all opened gifts,
and then we made crepes and put berries and whipped cream on top.

Joy School Nativity

Oliver and I participate in a preschool cooperation called Joy School. He attends twice a week and it rotates between five moms. One of the moms put together a nativity scene and Oliver was one of the Shepards. He was the only one who didn't want to wear the costume.

One of my favorite things during the festive season IS.......mandarins off my tree in the backyard. They are so sweet and juicy. I take great pride in them and give them away as gifts. At times, I think they are better than candy.

Polar Express

We decided to take the kids on the Polar Express Train Ride for a Christmas experience. At this point, we made it to the "North Pole" to meet Santa. The train ride is a straight line and back again. One mile there, one mile back.

The ride follows the book. The kids drank hot cocoa and had cookies. We accompanied friends.

Cosette slept almost the whole ride, thank goodness.
Didn't have to pull any body parts out to appease or please.

  Boarding the train.

St Croix postpartum

While we played in the sand and surf, Cosette slumbered.

Waiting to see that green flash, I'm beginning to think its a tall-tale.

2 months post baby body. Still mending.

Happy boys!!!

Willie's Wish is on the North side of the island. One of our favorite sides of the island. I use to do horse back riding tours when we were first married that included this house on the tour. This man's dying wish was to own a house on the water. It has views of the ocean. I love the architecture. It's a beautiful wish.

She sings too!

They look so perfect!

This is the home where the whole wedding party stayed. This is an ideal island home. The sugar mill was turned into the kitchen and then the house was built around it.

Anyone for a dip?
