Father's Day Weekend

 Father's Day weekend was spent out at grandpa's ranch.  It was spent playing crochet, (grandpa won), eating and just hanging out.  We did spend some time clearing away some piles that Jeanette made from pulling weeds and clearing fallen branches.

J-P scored the shirt in the picture above, another shirt, but polo style and some candy that the boys insisted he shared with them.  I made breakfast for him and otherwise tried to make it a stress-free day.

J-P is a wonderful man to celebrate as a father.

Oliver's Preschool Graduation

Oliver graduated from his preschool! Doesn't he look so handsome?!

The ceremony.  Oliver gets so nervous up on stage, you think it would get easier because he gets up there so much for all their little performances.  Some kids aren't meant for the stage.

Since Oliver has a summer birthday, I have learned it's better for boys to wait a year to enter kindergarten.  Oliver will do preschool again. Calvin was six when he started school and I think it made a big difference.
