March Madness

March was full of surprises such as snow on the second day of spring, a toddler who gets into something she shouldn't and a blonde boy who doesn't mind wearing things backwards.  As usual, with March being no extra special exception, things shape up mad around these Macy parts.

Ammon sneaking a nap on Calvin's unattended comforter.  He's not partial to any blankets, just mostly all blankets left on the floor.

Calvin did a school report on Thomas Edison and this was part of his visual aid. We made a table with various tools and light bulbs that are not shown because the boys tore it apart faster than I could get my camera. This was after it was turned in of course.

The day before school was let out for Spring Break we woke up to a beautiful covering of snow!  The school was not canceled, but delayed two hours.   We couldn't believe our eyes because it was Spring in two days.

Our neighbors celebrated the snowfall by making a snowman. Oliver just had to go put his sword in it.

Cosette's first time on the zip line and she had a jolly good time.

This is what I received after I told Coco to go get her jammies.....  an almost perfect three-tiered set of tutus.

Her story...

If you asked me what I learned from this I would tell you, never let older siblings put a younger sibling in the car.

Those older brothers left her to her own devices.....

Minutes later resulting in a terrific mess for a mom, but

a whole lot of fun for a toddler who thinks she is being like her mommy.

Oh yeah, looks good sweetie. Great thick coverage. Won't need to reapply for hours. Pucker up for the camera.

Blow mommy a kiss!

Promising signs of Spring, finally! Yet, that just means more rain!

If you look closely those pockets in the front are supposed to be the pockets in the back. I told Calvin that he's pants were on backwards, but isn't it funny he didn't feel it?  He only smiled and laughed. He never changed them around.
