We returned on Wednesday night to find that a storm was coming in. On Friday we woke up to a some downed trees in our own yard. The winds were the highest the area has seen in 15 years. The rains were heavy and continue to come. We lost power for a while but are safe and sound in our LITTLE house.
Upon our return, however, the kids felt like they had another Christmas returning to their old toys. They couldn't get enough of their toy basket and the train table.

Did a whole tree come down next door? we're glad you guys are safe! Now I wish I got that train set Chrisi, look at the boys playing. I will have to go back to Ikea.
Wow! We had almost the same thing. We had a really bad wind storm while we were gone. It knocked over two of benches in my back yard, we had branches every where. Glad that things are O.K. at your house.
